Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.    
   

Orders Already Shipped  

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  
• However, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.    
   

Order Modification  

• Order modifications, including changes to items or shipping addresses, are not permitted once an order is placed.
